Alu/PVC Blister Packing Machine (DPP-250FII )

DPP-250FII Blister Packaging Machine is widely used for packing tablets, capsules and other similar shape solid articles with alu-plastics & alu-alu blister in pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff industries.

The machine can finish the following actions automatically: Aluminium foil or Plastic (PVC) blister forming, automatic material feeding, PTP alu-foil press and heat-sealing, press the batch number & perforation and punching.

Features:

Temperature control detection for heating plate, overload protection for main motor, packaging material level detection for forming alu-foil (PVC) and PTP-lid alu-foil.

Mechanical friction wheel speed reduction and regulation, which is superior to mechanical constant-ratio speed reducer in speed regulation and driving.

Adopt four-working station (forming, sealing, perforation, punching) coaxial driving (integral key) to improve driving strength and absolute synchrony in working.

Machine adopt opened structure, working status of each functional part is viewable well, and it is easy and convenient to adjust and maintain.

Adopt modular moulds, it is easy and convenient to install, adjust and change over the mould. It's suitable for packing various products. Mould cost is lower.

Speed controlled by frequency inverter, the stroke can be adjusted under the stroke range.

Adopt PLC +touch screen control system, can indicate the trouble cause, it's easy to operate and maintain.

Both alu-alu and alu-plastics blister packaging can be realized via change the concerned parts.

The photoelectric register device (Optional) can be equipped, make the blister sheet more beautiful.
