TF Series Tube Filler is suitable for filling all kinds of pasty and viscous fluid and the similar materials into the metal/plastic tubes in the

pharmaceutical, foodstuff, cosmetics etc. The machine has 40L feeding hopper with adjustable feeding device, which can fill the pasty

and viscous fluid material into the tube successfully and precisely, finish the tube cleaning and loading, positioning, filling, end-sealing,

hot stamping and finished tube discharging automatically.

tube by different robots on the same machine.

The contact parts with the materials adopt 316L stainless steel, meet cGMP

Standard.

Following safety function included: Machine will stop automatically when

the door is open, and not filling without  tube, and overload protection.
