RG152 Paintball Making Machine comprises a main machine, a capsule conveyer, tumbler
driers, an electric control panel, gelatin tanks and a material tank, etc. Adopting
a frequency inverter, the die rollers of the main machine can be regulatedfrom 0 to 5rpm stepless adjustable. The temperature of the injector, the gelatin
boxes and the gelatin tanks can be regulated as desired with individual thermosregulator. This machine has advantages of high level of automation and highproductivity, and is accurate in dosage filling. It is suitable for the producing
medicine, cosmetics and food, etc. Tumbler drierThe drier is used for the formalization and preliminary drying of soft capsule. It
comprises four tumbler baskets and two opposed fans. Each tumbler basket can separately
rotate clockwise or counter clock wise. When it rotates counterclockwise, the soft capsules stay in this basket so as to be formalized and dried. Whenthe basket rotates clockwise, the soft capsules are carried into the next basket
one by one until to be thrust out.ConveyerThe conveyer carries the acceptable soft capsules manufactured by main machine thetumbler drier, when rotating counterclockwise, it can also put unacceptable softcapsules into the waste tank. In standard configured to transfer to the rightside according to the customer's choice.Electric control panel The control panel is used for controlling the operation of the encapsulator and fordisplaying the rotating speed of the die rollers and the temperature of relevantparts during the operation. Both carbon steel sheet covered and stainless steelcovered electric control panel can be provided according to the customer's choice.
Gelatin tank The gelatin tank is used to store the gelatin liquid which be used to form the gelatin
ribbons, and keep it at proper temperature. Air consumption: 50NL/hEffective capacity: 105LAutomatic fill material supply systemThe material tank is used to store the material to be filled into the capsule. Hoist
it up and made the liquid flow to the hipper.
