THD Series Mixer

THD Series multi-directional motions mixer is a high efficiency mixing equipment,it's used for high homogenization mixing of powdery and particle materials in pharmaceutical,foodstuff, chemical, light industry, mining industries and so on.

Features:

It has a unique driven shaft servo mechanism, so that the whole machine makes smooth and reliable operation with less vibration and low noise.

Machine no need a foundation and features convenient erection and maintenance as well as long service life.

It can ensure a good mixing effect and the mixing time is short, the homogenization of mixing over 99.5%.

Its loading coefficient reaches 85%, it's two times more than ordinary rotary mixer.

Machine height is lower, rotating space is small, no need the skip floor.

The discharge end of the mixing barrel adopt the eccentricity cone design ensure the material discharge without dead corner and residue, and easy to clean. It conforms to cGMP standard.

Working Principle:

The mixing barrel is supported by the driving and driven shafts which are crossed in space and also vertical to each other, and are respectively connected by Y type universal joints, so that the mixing barrel makes unique translation, turning, rocking and rolling motions in a solid three dimensional space, thereby speeds up the flow and diffusion of the material being mixed, while avoids the specific gravity segregation of materials due to the action of centrifugal force in an ordinary mixer, and ensures the materials to reach an ideal mixing within a short time.
